JOE BURACH - DRUMS,VOCALS:
Started drumming from age 5 all through public school and college. Concert Bands, Orchestras, Jazz Bands, Marching Bands. Played with many Rock and Jazz/Soul Bands. Joined the American Federation of Musicians Union at 16 and played professionally for many different AFM bands while studying with Henry Adler in NY City. Berklee College of Music Alumni. After College continued playing with club bands, pit orchestra's, jingle work, Jazz Big Bands, smaller Jazz Fusion Bands, R&B/soul Horn Bands. Bandleader of the Grand Central Band a 10 piece Jazz/R&B Horn Band. Currently Co-Leader/Drummer of the EPICSOUL Band.


MICHAEL CARBONE - LEAD VOCALS,SAXOPHONES:
Both with vocals and instrumental performance, fuses together a combination of classical training, old school Jazz, and Funk, bringing a creative and soulful interpretation to music. Mike's heart and soul penetrates each note he plays in a fashion which is characteristic of performers double his age. At the same time, he has brought the advancements of electronic music technology into his performance and composition, expanding his sonic palette beyond "one horn, one sound." Mike's recording credits include the independent films "A Cup of Coffee" and "The Masterpiece." He has also performed live with The Crests, Melvin Sparks, in the Bahamas with Barry Newman, and appeared at such venues as Woodstock, Riverhead Blues Festival, movie premier party for "The Prince of Central Park", The Bayou Music Festival, The Blues 2000 Blues Festival, and as a frequent performer at the Trump Casinos in Atlantic City and Empire Casino in Yonkers. Mike holds a Masters Degree in Music from William Paterson University. He currently is a music and motion teacher for autistic and multiply handicapped students in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. Currently Co-Leader/Saxophones and Lead Vocals of the EPICSOUL Band.

LISEL COX - LEAD VOCALS:
Lisel has been singing and performing most of her life. Growing up near New York City, she was exposed to a lot of Broadway and did a "one woman show" in the early 90's at Upstairs at Greene Street in the Greenwich Village. She was a lead singer in a corporate choir in Rockefeller Center. Lisel spent time with the New Jersey band, Alive n' Kickin and was most recently the female lead singer in the Northern NJ band, SOULED OUT. Lisel brings a world of funk and experience on stage! Currently Lead Vocals of the EPICSOUL Band.

LA'RAYNE - VOCALS:
La'Rayne has been singing most of her life. She has been in various choirs from elementary to high school, church choir's and the Newark Youth Mass Choir. While studying for her minor in music, La'Rayne sang in Rutgers University's Vorhees Choir. At the same time, she began to do references, demos, and features with other artists and producers in the New York metro area. She then began to carve out a name for herself and assembled a cover band to perform in the New York tri-state area. By 2011 she landed a spot as a finalist in the Jill Scott Summer Block Party. La'Rayne adds soulful youth to the stage. Currently Vocals with the EPICSOUL Band.

SHAWN HARRIS - VOCALS:
Shawn has been singing since he was old enough to eat food. In his teen years, he participated in All Choirs such as All City and then All State for Connecticut. Was a member of the Brein McMahon High School Chambers Singers who where ranked third in the country. From there, he studied at the Newark School for Performing Arts where he trained as a vocalist for two years, finally making his transition into the Music Industry as an R&B singer/songwriter. Mentored by Super producer Troy Taylor/Treysongz, he was given the opportunity to sing background on Trey Songz’ first album (Gotta Make It), where he was credited as a songwriter and background vocalists for the track “In the Middle”. He has recorded with artists such as Patti Labelle, Gordon Chambers, Q Parker (112), Bei Major, Claude Kelly, and Carl Thomas. A jack of all trades, Shawn learned to play the piano by ear and has been doing so for 6 years. Currently he serves as a worship leader and minister of the word at his home church, Covenant House of Faith International in Teaneck, New Jersey. Currently Vocals with the EPICSOUL Band.

CHRIS ALFINEZ - VOCALS:
Chris has experienced what most only dream of as a vocalist. Singing professionally for a number of years, he has recorded and toured the World with such major Latin artists as Marc Anthony & Jennifer Lopez, La India, George LaMond and a long list of others. Having studied under Dr. John Sinclair at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, Chris discovered his calling as a singer with a diverse range of styles fused into one soulful voice. Chris’ first solo project (a romantic Salsa single entitled “La Distancia” or “The Distance”) landed at #32 on Billboard’s Latin/Tropical Chart in 2011. This paved the way for continued appearances in NYC’s National Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festivals as well as singing the U.S & Puerto Rican National Anthems on HBO’s Championship Boxing After Dark. Growing up in a family of musicians, Chris developed a love for music through his father who sang lead vocals in a Doo-Wop group back in the 1950’s. This was all the ammunition he needed to learn and sing a wide range of songs from a variety of generations stemming from the 50’s to today. He continues to record vocals for a handful of artists as well as currently singing lead male vocals for the EPICSOUL Band.

SCOTT HOGAN - BASS, VOCALS:
While in high school Scott Hogan studied at the Bass Collective under jazz bassist/composer John Patitucci. Scott attended New York University and Rutgers University as a jazz major where he studied under bassist Mike Richmond. Through a recommendation from John Patitucci, Scott toured for several years with the pop group Hanson, which included a performance on the 98' Grammy Awards and 5 performances on Late Night with David Letterman. Scott is currently a touring member of the Bernie Worrell Orchestra and solid sub for the EPICSOUL Band.

MICHAEL MOLINA - CONGAS, PERCUSSION:
Born and raised in New York City, drummer/percussionist Michael Molina began drumming at the tender age of seven. He studied at the Drummers Collective, Five Towns College Music Conservatory and Boys Harbour. He also studied with Ray Santos at City College, CUNY. He has performed in all kinds of genres from Rock to Jazz. Michael has performed with Ralph Irizarry, Vitin Aviles, Tato Torres and Yerba Buena, Demetrios Kastorius and the Latin Coalition, and Chico Alvarez among other luminaries of the Latin/Jazz scene. Currently congas/percussionist with the EPICSOUL Band.

BRADLEY MADSEN - TROMBONE:
A highly skilled low brass specialist, Bradley Madsen has performed all over the country with Foxy Moon Baby and The Sharp Things, and has performed internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines. Since settling in New York, Brad has had the pleasure of playing with some of the top working bands and musicians in town, including Charli Persip, Bobby Sanabria, Soul Be It, Russ Speigel's Big Band, and Artificial Flavor. He is also the trombonist for the off-broadway show Burlesque to Broadway, currently running short tours to various parts of the country. He is a graduate of the New School Jazz Program as well as Brooklyn College. Brad's musicianship and band leader skills has made EPICSOUL the professional sounding band it is.

DAVE ARNDT - TRUMPET, FLUGEL HORN:
Born in Jersey, Dave cut his "musical molars" in Philly where he attended UARTS and studied with Tony Marchione (teacher of Randy Brecker and Lee Morgan). Dave has worked with entertainers such as Johnny Mathis, Frank Sinatra, The Spinners, The Temptations, Gladys Knight, Diana Ross, Steve Lawrence, Eydie Gorme, Michelle Legrande, Nancy Wilson, Lena Horne, Sammy Davis, Shirley Bassie and others. Dave's Trumpet and Flugelhorn make the EPICSOUL horn section sound so tremendous.

GEORGE TUZZEO - KEYBOARDS:
A much sought-after keyboardist of remarkable qualities. Professional pianist and keyboard player. Currently Keyboardist with the national act ”Jay and The Americans”. Bachelor of Arts in Music, over 30 years experience as a musician. Musical Director/Musician contractor. Other acts performed with: The Crystals – as Musical Director, The Belmonts, Bobby Rydell, Barbara Harris and the Toys, The Nelsons, Larry Chance and The Earls, The Jarmels – as MD, The Chiffons, Kathy Young, Carl Gardners’ Coasters, Sonny Geraci and Dennis Tufano. Some venues performed at include: Lincoln Center, New York, New Jersey State Theater, New Brunswick, Meadowlands Arena and Race track, New Jersey, Naples Philharmonic, Naples, Fl, Lincoln Theater, Napa Valley Ca., Caesars Palace Las Vegas (with the Tom Jones show), Atlantic City and The Poconos, Carnival and Norwegian Cruise ship Lines, Ridgewood, White Beeches, Alpine, Broken Sound, Deerfield Beach Country Clubs, The Beacon Theater, NY, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun casinos CT, The Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Ft. Lauderdale FL, The Console Energy Arena Pittsburg, PA, The Century Casino Edmonton Canada. Today, he currently performs with the EPICSOUL band.

TONY VENTURA - Upright and Electric Bass:
Holds a BA in Music from City College of New York under the direction of Ron Carter. Some of his broadway and off-broadway credits include RENT, LITTLE SHOP OF HORROR, PIRATE QUEEN, TONY AND TINAS WEDDING and MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL. He has been seen on the SOPRANO'S playing bass beside Nancy Sinatra and in the Disney movie ENCHANTED. Other television and film credits include LIPSTICK JUNGLE, BOARDWALK EMPIRE, DAMAGES, MAD MEN, Tony has worked with numerous artist including, Joan Rivers, Lou Christie, Mel Carter, Darlene Love, Nelson Brothers, Bobby Rydell, The Drifters, The Tokens and Shirley Austin Reeves. He has worked with jazz guitarist Melvin Sparks & Shinobu Ito and jazz saxophonist Junior Cook. He is a busy freelancer in the jazz, blues, rock and r&b circuit in NYC. He is extremely happy to part of this great band EPICSOUL.
